Please join the BCMA, BCMS, and HCMA as we embark to Annapolis for our annual Physicians House Call.
We will have scheduled meetings with some of Baltimore and Harford County’s Delegates and Senators, so you have the chance to let your voice be heard. Baltimore City will be coordinated by their Executive Director, Lisa Williams. If you are a Baltimore City member, you can contact her here. Do not miss this opportunity to make an impact on the field of medicine.
You will have the option to carpool with other doctors and will coordinate to meet at Sheppard Pratt at 7:15 am. For those interested in carpooling, or those willing to offer their car for the carpool, please indicate which option you are able to do on the PDF or registration form. Once we arrive in Annapolis, we will meet at the MedChi Office in Annapolis around 8:15 am for a light breakfast and briefing on the day’s events. Their office is located at 224 Main Street Annapolis, MD 21401.
The meetings with Delegates and Senators will begin at 9 am. Please note that time with the Delegates and Senators will be brief, or possibly rescheduled, or cancelled, since the Legislature clock can change at any moment. The meetings will take place between 9 am and 12 pm, some meetings might go over that time, and after 12 pm we ask that you join us at Harry Browne’s for our luncheon. Their address is 66 State Circle Annapolis, MD 21401. Some of our Delegates and Senators join us at the lunch, so you might have another chance to get your voice heard.
