ABOUT BCMA...

Here you can take a tour and learn about the Baltimore County Medical Association (BCMA). You will learn about the Mission and History of BCMA.  We have provided information of our leadership organization and Committees.  As you go through this site, you will also learn and understand our interaction and team work with the various other components, state organization and specialty societies.  These relationships has been forged over the years to provide a united front to the betterment of Health Care in the state of Maryland.  

The BCMA is a professional organization representing over 1,200 physicians in the  Baltimore County area.  Along with MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society, The AMA and other surrounding city and county components and specialty societies in Maryland, we are committed to ensuring healthy communities.  We offer this site for informational purposes:

• To promote the professional interests of our members.

• To advocate the enactment of just laws relating to the practice of medicine. 

• To service as a resource for our members and the community of Baltimore County.
