Physician Referral Service

The BCMA maintains an extensive referral service for the Baltimore County community.  We attempt to match practicing physicians with patients in need of a doctor.  The Association receives about up to 20 or more calls daily from patients looking for physicians with specific criterias.  The more information we have about your practice, the better we can serve you and the community.

Please click here to download a copy of the physician practice referral form, complete the form and email the completed form to bcma@medchi.org or fax it to 410-727-5967.  The is will ensure that you are referred patients that fit your practice as well as the patients are directed to appropriate physician.
